SETTING UP YOUR SHOP ON ESOPOS
To set up your shop on Esopos is easy and simple and does not require much time. To begin, you have to first add a category.
Adding Product or Service Category
Click on product/services icon, select categories, fill the form and submit.
To View Category List
Click on the product/services icon, select category list to view the category of products/services that has been added. Click on actions to view details, edit or delete.
To add another, click on the new category tab at the top right corner and fill in the product/service category name and description, then click on submit.
Adding Services
To add services, you first add service category using the add category step above. Click on product/services icon, select Add services, fill in the form then click submit.
To View Service List
Click on the product/services icon, select service list to view the list of services that has been added. Click on actions to view details or edit.
To add another, click on the new service tab at the top right corner and fill the form, then click on submit.
Adding Product to Your Store
Click on Product/services icon, select products, and tap to scan barcode or type in the barcode number, fill in the form and submit.
To View Product List/To Restock Product
Click on Product/services icon, select product list, from the list of products, click on action for the particular product and select the required, to view, edit, restock or delete.
Low Inventory Product
This shows you the Products that are low in quantity in your store so you can restock them.
Click on Product/services icon, select low stock product list to view low inventory products. You can also view details or edit.
Expired Product List
This shows you the Products that are about to expire in your store so you can act quickly. You can either send them back to the manufacture (if there is a return plan) or remove them from the shelf.
Click on Product/services icon, select expired product list to view list of expired products. You can also view details or edit.
Out of Stock Product
Click on Product/services icon, select out of stock product list to view list of products that are out of stock. You can also view details or edit.
How to Import Product list into store
To save time, this can be used to enter in your products. Click on Product/services icon, select the import botton, then downlad the custom excel sheet, fill in the required spaces and upload back to your store.
Adding Supplier Contact
Click on supplier icon, then on the new supplier tab on the top right corner, fill in the required spaces and submit.
To add another, click on the new supplier tab at the top right corner and fill the form, then click submit.
Click on action for the particular supplier and select the required action, to view, edit or delete.
Dashboard
This is the quick action page that also shows sales today, profit today, expenses today and inventory today.
Sales Register
POS Register:
this is the platform where you make your sales.
Click on sales register, select POS Register, scan barcode of product or type in the product name, click on the arrow keys to adjust quantity or type it, fill the form and click on complete sale to view and print receipt. Or click on suspend sale to continue later.
If you add a new customer at the point of sales on the POS register, exist the bottom sheet then click on the cart icon to continue with the sales.
Suspended Sales
If a customer is not ready to end his/her shopping, you can click on suspend sale, then go back to complete it later.
To view suspended or incomplete sales, click on sales register, select suspended sales to view total number of sales and amount.
Today Sales
To view each day’s sales, click on sales register, select today sales to view total sale, sales profit, etc. click on action to edit, view or delete.
All Sales
To view all sales that has been done. You can also choose a range of sales made to view.
Debts
To view all incomplete payment
Payments
To view all pending payment. Click on sales register, then on payment.
Offline Sales
To view or Upload offline sales. Click on sales register, select offline sales, click on the upload to server tab on the top right corner to upload offline sales.
Setting Up Your Customer
We all know how important it is to have a good customer base, here is how you can store your customer data on Esopos
Click on customer icon, Click on the new customer tab at the top right hand corner, fill the form and submit. Click on action to edit or view details.
Setting up your staff
This is to enable your staff have access to your store and sale.
Click on Staff icon, Select the add staff, fill in the form, select staff access rights as you may require and submit.
Setting up Expenses
Click on Expenses, FIRST Click on Add Expense Category to create an expense category, fill the form and submit.
Click on Expense category, then Click on action to view, edit or delete. You can also click on the new customer tab at the top right corner to add new expense category.
Click on add expenses to add any expenses made, fill the form and submit.
Click on expenses to view expenses. Click on action to view details, edit or delete. Click on New expenses tab at the top right corner to add new expenses
How to View Reports
To view report of all activities done, click on reporting and select the one you want to view.
Sales Report
This shows the total sales that has been done in your store.
Click on Sales summary report and choose the Report Options as you may require by selecting; Payment Method, Date Range and submit to view.
Item summary report
This shows the total item in your store and information that you may require.
Click on Item summary report and choose the Report Options as you may require by selecting; Date Range and submit to view.
Inventory Report
Click on inventory report to view the summary report of inventory in your store.
Expense Report
Click on expense Report to view report of all expenses made.
Restock Report
Click on Restock report to view all products restocked.
Shop setting
Click Shop setting to view and edit the details of your shop.
Shop Configuration
Discount in Percentage or actual value
Determines if store discount is to be entered as percentage or actual value
Allow Product Sale When Level Low
Determines if product can still be sold when the level is low
User Profile setting
Click User profile setting to view and edit your personal details.
Printer setup
Click printer setup to connect to printer.
